Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for large-scale construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international codes (e.g., SNI, NFPA, ASHRAE) and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and cost control for MEP components, optimizing resource allocation without compromising quality.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify system performance, safety, and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions, including HVAC, lighting, and water management systems.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and specifications to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in MEP design, project management, or construction, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex MEP projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software; familiarity with energy modeling tools (e.g., IES, EnergyPlus) is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international MEP standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or Chartered Engineer are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
