Responsibility
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of civil and M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering projects under supervision.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data for project assessments and feasibility studies.
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Assist in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
- Contribute to research and innovation initiatives to improve engineering processes and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools), and project management concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices in Indonesia is a plus.

- Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections in various project locations across Bali.
