Responsibility
- Design and develop MEP systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and calculations for MEP installations
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into building designs
- Perform energy efficiency analyses and recommend sustainable solutions
- Prepare and present technical reports, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues during construction and post-occupancy phases
- Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in building services
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or other MEP design software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and MEP regulations
- Experience with energy modeling and sustainable design practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
