Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cryogenic systems, including liquid nitrogen, helium, and oxygen storage and distribution units.
- Conduct diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues in cryogenic equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASME), and regulatory requirements for cryogenic operations.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on system operation and best practices.
- Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all field activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
- Manage emergency response and repair for critical cryogenic system failures to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on advancements in cryogenic technology and apply knowledge to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field) with a focus on cryogenics or low-temperature systems.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or commissioning of cryogenic equipment.
- Strong knowledge of cryogenic safety procedures, pressure vessels, and vacuum-insulated piping systems.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation for cryogenic applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Certifications in cryogenic handling or hazardous materials (HAZMAT) are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
