Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and failures.
- Install, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical components as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and supplies, and place orders as necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs and HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Certification in safety and maintenance practices is a plus.
