Responsibility
- Oversee and manage road diversion, widening, and utilities diversion projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the construction team.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on road and utilities work.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
