Responsibility
- Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient design implementation.
- Review and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project requirements.
- Perform site visits and coordinate with contractors to resolve design-related issues.
- Maintain organized documentation of all drafts, revisions, and final drawings.
- Assist in the preparation of project timelines and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest MEP drafting technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting for construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
