Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of memorial and interment services, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with families to arrange memorial services, interments, and related logistics with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Manage and train staff, including funeral directors, support personnel, and administrative teams, to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all documentation, permits, and legal requirements for interments are accurately completed and filed.
- Liaise with vendors, clergy, and external partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Maintain the memorial grounds and facilities to uphold a serene and respectful environment.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and discretion.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in funeral services, memorial management, or a related supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide staff in a compassionate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by service demands.
- Familiarity with cultural and religious practices related to memorial services in Indonesia is a plus.
