Responsibility
- Operate and maintain washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment to ensure efficient and safe processing of garments.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to company standards, ensuring proper handling of different fabric types.
- Inspect garments for stains, damages, or special care requirements, and apply appropriate treatments as needed.
- Accurately pack and label cleaned laundry for delivery or pickup, ensuring items are organized and ready for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including laundry stations, storage areas, and equipment.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a sanitary working environment and prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies, such as detergents, softeners, and packaging materials.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure timely service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in laundry operations, hospitality, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment, detergents, and fabric care techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy laundry loads.
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia to interact with team members and customers.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
