Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across assigned properties.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Inspect facilities to verify cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and workflows for optimal efficiency.
- Address guest or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to improve service quality and operational procedures.
- Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Certification in hospitality or cleaning services is a plus.
