Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens, towels, and garments according to established procedures.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, or damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling guest requests and inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of laundry tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is a plus but not required.
