Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential members through various channels, including networking events, social media, and direct outreach.
- Present the benefits and value propositions of membership to prospective clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential and existing members using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive membership growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent the organization and generate leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with members.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly membership targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude, with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the local market and community in Bali is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
