Responsibility
- Actively engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
- Conduct gym tours and provide detailed information about our facilities, classes, and membership benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote gym events, promotions, and referral programs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in fitness sales.
- Assist in organizing and participating in community events to increase brand visibility and membership sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, member interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of gym operations and membership models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
- Certification in sales or fitness (e.g., personal training, group fitness) is advantageous but not required.
