Responsibility
- Perform and analyze clinical laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of laboratory results to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to strict quality control and assurance protocols to maintain laboratory accuracy and reliability.
- Document and interpret test results, maintaining meticulous records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide insights and recommendations based on laboratory findings.
- Follow biosafety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and laboratory practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Valid Medical Technologist license or certification (local or international equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with expertise in general laboratory procedures.
- Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment and information systems (LIS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of ISO, CAP, or other laboratory accreditation standards is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
