Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for healthcare professionals and sales teams.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to promote medical technologies and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and market needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for medical devices and software solutions.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and workshops to showcase products.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all training and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical product training, sales, or marketing.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare IT, or diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to develop training materials, conduct workshops, and engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for training and events.
- Certification in medical technology or related fields is an advantage.
