Responsibility
- Provide high-quality clinical care, consultation, and diagnostic services for patients with specialized respiratory and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Participate in clinical rounds, case conferences, and continuous medical education programs within the department.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic and physical medical records in compliance with hospital protocols and government standards.
- Mentor junior medical staff, residents, and interns to foster an environment of continuous learning and excellence.
- Support the implementation of clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects within the facility.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols, infection control measures, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
- Must possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license.
- Diplomate or Fellow status in a relevant specialty board (e.g., Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, or related fields).
- Proven clinical experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a tertiary or specialized care facility.
