Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of medical support services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel, to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and service delivery across multiple locations in Bali.
- Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and external stakeholders to align services with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for medical support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability of medical equipment, supplies, and resources to support seamless healthcare delivery.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and optimize costs while maintaining high standards of care.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and patient-centered care within the medical support team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient care best practices.
- Proven track record of leading teams, managing operations, and driving process improvements in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
