Based in Bali, you will cover key areas including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding regions, leveraging your expertise to expand our market presence. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for healthcare sales and a proven track record in leadership.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the renal care segment.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in renal care.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry in Bali or Southeast Asia.
- Ability to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
