Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in homecare, geriatrics, or community health.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
