Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of health conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Conduct regular patient evaluations and adjust care plans based on progress and changing needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and proper use of medical equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Coordinate with homecare teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and optimal patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of homecare services.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Indonesian Nursing Association (PPNI).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in homecare, geriatrics, or community health.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, clinical procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
