Responsibility

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ensure the clinic’s waiting area and common spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure) under supervision.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide a seamless and positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in healthcare assistance is a plus.
- Proven experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer service role is advantageous but not required.
