Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans for medical affairs and quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of medical and quality professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to align medical affairs with business objectives.
- Oversee the monitoring and improvement of clinical and operational quality metrics.
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the organization in external engagements with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the medical affairs department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical affairs, quality management, or healthcare leadership.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing quality management systems in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and business development within the healthcare sector.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, JCI) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.
