Responsibility
- Promote and sell medical products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present product benefits, address inquiries, and provide training on product usage.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows, medical conferences, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of medical products, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape and existing relationships with medical professionals are a strong advantage.
