Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, including dosage instructions, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring medication supplies to prevent shortages or expirations.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and optimize patient treatment plans.
- Oversee the preparation of compounded medications and ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols.
- Educate patients on over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in community health initiatives, such as vaccination drives, health screenings, and wellness workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health record systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
