Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Spine & Orthopedic Surgeons (SpOT/SpBS) in Bali’s hospitals and private clinics.
- Promote and sell spine and orthopedic implant products, demonstrating clinical benefits and technical specifications.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and live case support for medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize medical workshops, seminars, and product launches.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and ensuring smooth product adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine/orthopedic implants.
- Strong clinical knowledge of spine and orthopedic procedures and terminology.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and occasionally to Jakarta.
- Existing network with SpOT/SpBS surgeons in Bali is a major advantage.
