Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for B. Braun’s Operating Room Supplies portfolio in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital administrators, surgeons, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and position B. Braun as the preferred supplier.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of B. Braun’s OR products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements or new business development.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and hospital events to promote B. Braun’s brand and products.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including troubleshooting, order follow-ups, and resolving client concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest medical technologies, industry regulations, and compliance standards relevant to operating room supplies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Candidates with a medical or healthcare background are highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or hospital supply sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of operating room supplies, medical devices, or healthcare products is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for field visits.
