Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in North Luzon.
- Promote and educate medical practitioners on Zuellig Pharma’s portfolio of healthcare products, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers and institutions.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and emerging trends in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and address any logistical challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on medical advancements, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance your sales approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and address challenges.
- Willingness to travel extensively within North Luzon and work flexible hours as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
