Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical instruments and equipment to healthcare professionals
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues with medical devices
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and calibration of medical equipment
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Deliver comprehensive training to end-users on proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Document all service activities, solutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system
- Stay current with product updates, new technologies, and industry best practices
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new medical equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support for medical devices or healthcare equipment
- Strong knowledge of medical instrument functionality, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clinical staff
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
- Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions
- Certification in medical equipment servicing is a plus
