As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) processes. With a competitive salary range of $2,500 – $3,000 per month, this position offers stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to work in one of Bali’s most vibrant regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.

Responsibility
- Prepare, sterilize, and package medical instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
- Operate and maintain sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Inspect and test sterilized items to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization cycles, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure timely delivery of sterile supplies.
- Adhere to infection control policies and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in the decontamination and cleaning of reusable medical devices.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives for CSSD processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; certification in CSSD or sterilization techniques is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare, CSSD, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedural guidelines.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and sterilization standards (e.g., ISO, AAMI).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
