Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of medical products/equipment.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, including troubleshooting and training for clients.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, products, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
