As the first point of contact for potential patients, you’ll own the entire patient journey—from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You’ll work closely with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and deliver personalized care that exceeds expectations.

Responsibility
- Manage the end-to-end patient pipeline, from initial enquiries to consultation bookings and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into consultations and treatments through personalized, consultative engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to educate patients on treatment options, benefits, and aftercare.
- Develop and implement patient retention strategies, including loyalty programs and targeted outreach.
- Track and analyze patient data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvements.
- Represent the clinic at local events, partnerships, and community engagements to expand brand awareness.
- Ensure all patient interactions adhere to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or patient relations, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury service industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Proven track record in lead conversion, sales, or client retention.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools is a plus.
- Passion for the aesthetic/wellness industry with a client-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields preferred.
