Responsibility
- Provide consultations to patients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate aesthetic treatments.
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and injectables under medical supervision.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and minimize risks.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the management of clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing or a related field.
- Certification in aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
