Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for medical products and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximize product adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits and features of medical equipment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize trade shows, seminars, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, follow-ups, and addressing client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field; candidates with medical or pharmaceutical backgrounds are highly preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare equipment distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, products, and industry regulations is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding regions to meet clients.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
