Responsibility
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Provide chairside support, including patient preparation, suctioning, and passing instruments efficiently.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive dental measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and clinic hygiene standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Operate and maintain dental equipment, including X-ray machines and autoclaves, with precision.
- Collaborate with the dental team to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Dental Nursing or a related field (preferably from an accredited institution).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or in a similar clinical role.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient comfort.
- Familiarity with dental software for patient records and appointment management.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.
