Responsibility
- Assist in clinical assessments and procedures to detect, manage, and meet residents' physical, medical, and psychosocial needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and health status.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license or registration in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
