Based in our clinics in Bali’s most vibrant areas—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung—you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibility
- Coordinate patient care plans by liaising with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, medications, and healthcare options.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families, addressing concerns and facilitating access to resources.
- Collaborate with insurance providers to verify coverage, process claims, and resolve billing issues.
- Organize and facilitate patient education sessions on health management and preventive care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination, nursing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Relevant certification (e.g., Certified Medical Assistant, Registered Nurse) is highly preferred.
