Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for ethical pharmaceutical products in the assigned Bali territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate medical practitioners on the benefits and proper use of Combiphar’s products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility in the region.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and medical events to expand professional networks and product awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or related fields (preferred). Candidates with other degrees but relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, preferably with ethical products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with Bali’s healthcare landscape and existing professional networks in the region is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and possess a valid driver’s license.
