Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities in Bali to promote and sell medical products.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of GetMEDS offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement localized campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a field-based role.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas.
