Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients (hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare providers) to promote Prelia Biotechâs products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the companyâs reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or biotech (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Basic understanding of healthcare products, medical terminology, or biotechnology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building client relationships.
