Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients (hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare providers) to promote Prelia Biotech’s products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or biotech (entry-level candidates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
