Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the medical/biotechnology sector.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and research institutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits of our medical/biotech solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns and promotional materials for target markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve product positioning.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to management.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the medical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical/biotech products, regulatory environments, and healthcare ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (post-pandemic).
- Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare market or experience working in Southeast Asia is advantageous.
