AIDO HEALTH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bali. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our medical product portfolio by identifying and engaging with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a key player in our sales team, you will conduct in-depth market research, perform competitive analysis, and build long-term business relationships to drive revenue growth. Your ability to communicate the value of our medical solutions and tailor presentations to diverse stakeholders will be critical to your success. This is a contract-based position with the potential for long-term collaboration, offering a competitive salary plus performance-based commissions.

Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in Bali.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to assess demand, competition, and emerging trends in the medical sector.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of AIDO HEALTH’s medical solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials and campaigns for the Bali region.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales (preferably in Bali or similar markets).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of medical products, terminology, and the healthcare industry landscape.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
