Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administrators in assigned territories.
- Present and demonstrate CorDx’s medical products and solutions to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and clinical value.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational events.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, addressing client concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic products, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term professional relationships.
