Responsibility

  • Promote and sell medical products, equipment, and solutions to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry to drive sales and market penetration.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and features of our medical solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of medical products, equipment, or healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
