Responsibility
- Promote and sell medical products, equipment, and solutions to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry to drive sales and market penetration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate healthcare providers on the benefits and features of our medical solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare sales (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of medical products, equipment, or healthcare industry dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Bali).
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
