Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in Bali.
- Promote and sell medical products, devices, and solutions to clinics, hospitals, and private practices.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for medical staff and potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Candidates with other degrees but relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and the healthcare industry in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are a plus.
