Responsibility
- Introduce and present Biosite Medical Instrumentsā full product portfolio to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the medical and healthcare industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to potential and existing clients.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and participate in medical trade shows and exhibitions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Candidates with a medical or nursing background are a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare equipment sales.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverās license and access to a vehicle are advantageous.
