Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for spine products in the Bali region.
- Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the features and benefits of our spine products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and trade shows in Bali and surrounding areas.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any supply chain issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine, orthopedics, or surgical products.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of spinal anatomy, surgical procedures, and medical terminology (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to navigate the island efficiently.
