Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of medical devices/equipment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local healthcare landscape.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, follow-ups, and addressing client concerns.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in medical sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare with at least 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, products, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
