Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for medical supplies in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, private practitioners, and healthcare distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to remain competitive.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
