Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for medical supplies in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, private practitioners, and healthcare distributors.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to remain competitive.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
