Responsibility
- Drive sales of electrosurgery and diagnostic medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal use of our medical devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote our products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sciences is a plus.
- Proven experience in medical sales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, particularly in electrosurgery and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
