Responsibility
- Promote Omronâs healthcare products and solutions to physicians, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical staff to ensure proper usage and understanding.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs to management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
