Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aesthetic professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and client retention initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction in all treatments and services.
- Collaborate with headquarters to implement brand guidelines, promotions, and new service offerings.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging aesthetic technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within an aesthetic clinic, medical spa, or wellness center.
- Proven track record in team leadership, sales, and operational management.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and client consultation processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a client-centric approach.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
